I saw "The Perils of Pauline" with my mother at Fairy Air Dome in St. Louis in 1947. The Fairy Air Dome was folding chairs and a portable movie screen in the back yard of the Fairy Theatre on Easton Avenue. People who lived in the flats around the theater watched the movie for free from their porches. When rain started, we moved inside and the film was being shown at the same spot as it was being shown outside. Hutton was terrific. I was seven years old and still remember this flick.
